If you have made application for any INTEC programme before and wish to continue with your application or you wish to check your status for any application , kindly login below.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Fill out the online application form with accurate information
Step 2: Make payment for the application fee ** **Application fees of RM200.00 (for Malaysian application) must be via online payment as provided in the SIMS System.
Step 3: Your application will be processed upon receiving the completed information in the online application.
Step 4: Successful candidates will be contacted via email, or they can check their application status online.
Step 5: Attend new student registration at INTEC on the date stated in your offer letter
  • Complete your tuition fees payment as stated in the offer letter.
  • Bring the offer letter and required documents
Failure to make the payment and submit the required documents will prevent registration as a student.
Step 1: Fill the online application form (with accurate information) Application must be done within 8 weeks from the registration date (to ensure ample time for EMGS processing and student pass endorsement).
Step 2: Make payment for the application fee ** Application fees of USD70.00 or RM300.00 (for international applicants) must be via online payment as provided in the SIMS System.
Step 3:

The student submits the application, results, English proficiency test results through SIMS and pay application fee.

Prepare the following documents: 1) A Passport Size Photograph
  • White background
  • 35mm wide x 45mm high
2) Student Passport
  • Biodata page
  • All pages
  • Passport validity must be 12 months & above
  • Maximum of 2 passport pages per each A4 pape

4) English Requirements **

  • Demonstrate acceptable level of English proficiency (as required by EMGS), 1 of the listed below
    • Pearson Test of English (PTE)
    • IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
    • TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
    • Cambridge English Advance (CAE)
    • Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE)
    • MUET (Malaysian University English Test)

5) Certificate of Completion or Clearance/Release Letter from previous institution **

6) Financial Bank Statement

  • The statement must show sufficient funding amount for 2 semesters’ programme fees.

ACCA Exemption (for application of ACCA programme only)

Copy of swift code receipt / proof of payment with the applicant full name and passport number

** Relevant academic transcript, certificate of completion, English requirement must have “certified true copy” by the authorize personnel/embassy/government. All document submitted must be translated in English.
Step 4:

Admission Unit processes the application and generate offer letter to the student

Step 5:

Once the student received an offer letter, student need to submit soft copy health declaration form, passport copy, passport-sized photo etc.

Step 6:

Finance will generate 2nd invoice and student need make a payment

Step 7: Once payment is confirmed, the international unit proceeds with the EMGS application.
Step 8: The EMGS status is tracked, and the student is informed
Step 9: Upon successful application, the student is guided through the arrival and immigration process.
Step 10: The student is registered for a hostel, and the process concludes.
APPLICATION FEE
  • MALAYSIAN applicants: RM200
  • International (non-Malaysian) applicants: RM400
Note: The application fee is non-refundable
  1. Payment Methods: Payment can be made via FPX, Credit/Debit Card, or Flywire. Ensure payment is completed before submitting your application.
  2. Application Status:
    • INTEC cannot process applications without the application fee.
    • Payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission.
  3. Application Completion:
    • Applicants must read and agree to the terms in the “Declaration” and “Disclaimer” sections by ticking the appropriate boxes before clicking “SUBMIT” to finalize their application.
